Join the Green Events & Conference (GEI17) in 2025

Celebrating its 17th year, the Green Events and Innovations Conference (GEI17) is the foremost conference for sustainability for the events sector. On Tuesday 25th February 2025 the conference returns at the incredible setting of The Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.

This edition provides diverse panels, discussions & engaging talks covering the following topics: energy, food, transport, climate justice, equality and inclusivity, design and material use, circularity and much more.

To give you a preview: GEI17 will see an exclusive panel delve into phase 2 of Massive Attack’s Act 1.5 Climate Action Accelerator, alongside discussions on Liverpool Accelerator City, recently named the world’s first ‘Accelerator City’ for climate action by the UN. This initiative aims to significantly reduce carbon emissions, enhance climate resilience, and foster collaboration among local stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions. They will explore how Liverpool is leading the charge in the global movement for greener events and cities.

They will also be taking a fresh look at audience travel in 2025. Featuring the TICKET TO RIDE project by The Changency & Crowd Impact and with insights from German rockers AnnenMayKantereit.

The ever-popular Quick Fire Innovation Round (QFIR) also returns, allowing registered delegates to demonstrate and extol the virtues of their green innovations, brands, products, gizmos, or services.
