The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) is organised every year in the third week of October. Part music conference and part festival with an attendance of over 400,000 people, it’s widely recognized as the global meeting point for the creative industry around electronic music. Together with ADE, we organise ADE Green to ignite and strengthen sustainability, innovation and social change through the music and events industry.

It has grown into the pioneering conference on sustainability, innovation and social change in the music industry. This year ADE Green celebrates its 7th edition. With an attendance of 1200 industry professionals, brand managers, suppliers, artists, journalists and students, last year’s ADE Green was completely sold out.

During ADE Green Conference you can expect inspiring keynote speeches, in-depth discussions and panels, hands-on workshops and film screenings. Some of the wonderful speakers that joined the event over the years are Marianne Goodell (CEO of Burning Man), Nadya Tolokonnikova (Pussy Riot), Duncan Stutterheim (Founder and CEO of ID&T), Michael Lang (Founder Woodstock ’69), Polly Higgins (Advocate for the Earth, Ecocide), Kumi Naidoo (Director Greenpeace International), Seth Troxler (DJ/ producer), amongst others.

In addition to the conference ADE Green launch a Livecast in 2020 that aims to inspire with talks, panels, and open discussions by asking if we need to Rethink the purpose of gatherings and festivals in a post-Corona world if we can Rebuild the events and the communities we love, and how we can Regenerate the natural world by celebrating in collective, coordinated action.
